Chris Bosh is making Miami his permanent home with each passing day. The basketball player recently put his California mansion on the real estate market for $14.5 million.
Many thought Chris was going to put his home in Miami up for sale during the NBA shakeup that saw LeBron James and several other players change teams. Bosh strongly considered offers from the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers but ultimately decided to remain with the Miami Heat another five years. Of course, the star player didn’t agree to stay without additional money. $118 million over five years isn’t so bad when it’s the maximum deal.
Chris told media that he was ready to take the lead as one of the team’s veterans and had a few suggestions for making the Heat better. “I think right now we have the correct infrastructure to compete for a championship,” shared the star. “We have to get much better at certain positions, and there’s a bunch of things that have to continue to happen.”
One thing’s for sure: Chris is not looking to reside in California anytime soon.
